Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Arrival (D)

Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City. Get pick up from airport and transfer to hotel. Brief meeting with tour guide/group leader for necessary information and travel documents. Welcome dinner in local restaurant. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)

Take a cyclo tour to visit Ho Chi Minh City’s interesting sites in the morning. Enjoy lunch with Vietnamese taste in a local restaurant. Free at leisure in the afternoon. Free evening. Overnight in hotel.

Day 3: Mekong Delta homestay (B, L, D)

Drive to Mekong delta along the lush and evergreen scenery of the most fertile land in the country. Take a boat cruise on Mekong River, visit orchard garden to taste local fruits freshly picked from trees then visit some local cottage industry. Explore the mangroves of the Mekong Delta by paddling a sampan around the tributaries before boarding a boat to a local house for homestay. Join with locals in fishing game and farm work then dinner with local specialties. Homestay overnight.

Day 4: Mekong Delta - Saigon – Train to Nha Trang (B)

Morning visit to a local market to enjoy the hustle and bustle atmosphere of locals purchasing stuffs then take bus drive back to Saigon. An optional activity of visiting Cuchi tunnel is available if your children can cope with. Free at leisure until time to depart for the night train to Nhatrang. Overnight on train.

Day 5: Nha Trang (B)

Today you will visit the Vinpearl Island, the largest island resort in Nha Trang and Vietnam. Enjoy the longest sky cab to get to the island. Take part and enjoy water games in the island water park and little Disneyland-like ground. Relax on beach and enjoy swimming until getting back to town.

Day 6: Nha Trang – Flight to Hoi An (B, D)

Free at your leisure for swimming on the Nha Trang beach until time to depart for flight to Da Nang. Bus transfer from Da Nang to Hoi An. Afternoon: take a city tour on foot around little ancient Hoi An town for sightseeing and shopping. Dinner in restaurant and overnight in hotel.

Day 7: Hoi An (B, D)

In the morning, visit a local charity school for interaction with local kids. Continue with a visit to a farming village in the suburb of Hoi An, joining with locals to learn how rice and vegetable are grown. Afternoon: take a boat cruise on Thu Bon river along the beautiful scenery watching and taking photos of people fishing. Stop on a pristine river beach and enjoy a BBQ feast whilst watching the sun set. Overnight in hotel.

Day 8: Hoi An (B)

In the morning, go to Hoi An beach for swimming and relaxing. Free at your leisure in the afternoon or just wander around the town for last minute shopping, sightseeing. Overnight in hotel.

Day 9: Hoi An – Hue (B, L)

Take a drive of 140km along picturesque rice paddies and verdant mountains to the Hue – the former capital of Vietnam and city of historical interests. In the afternoon, visit to Imperial Citadel and explore Forbidden City. Overnight in hotel.

Day 10: Hue (B, L)

Enjoy the boat cruise on Perfume River, visiting lovely Thien Mu Pagoda and one of Emperor Tomb. Enjoy vegetarian feast in a nunnery. Afternoon: explore the lively Dong Ba Market and wandering around the city for sightseeing. Free evening. Overnight in hotel.

Day 11: Hue – Flight to Hanoi (B, L)

Take an early flight to Hanoi. Get transfer from airport to downtown. In the afternoon, take a stroll around then enjoy water puppet show, a special and typical Vietnamese traditional art that started in Red River Delta from 11th century. Overnight in hotel.

Day 12: Hanoi City tour (B, L)

Morning visit to Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and his house. Continue by a visit to lively Ethnology museum; enjoy colorful exhibits and display of Vietnam’s various ethnic groups. Enjoy lunch at KOTO, a restaurant helping disadvantaged youth. In the afternoon, take a cyclo ride around hustle Hanoi’s Old quarter for sight seeing and photos Overnight in hotel.

Day 13: Hanoi – Halong (B, L, D)

Take a drive through beautiful rural scenery of North of Vietnam. Visit to Hong Ngoc Humanity center that was founded to help disadvantage youth. Cruise through the emerald waters of Halong Bay and admire the breathtaking scenery of the World Natural Wonder. Visiting the magnificent limestone cave and enjoy swimming. Overnight on board.

Day 14: Halong – Hanoi (B, L, D)

Further cruise then get back to harbor at noon. Drive back to Hanoi. Visit a ceramic making village in Dong Trieu, join in with local and learn how beautiful ceramic stuff are made. Free at leisure for the remainder of the afternoon. A farewell dinner will be organized this evening and it is the time to summarize the experience of the whole trip. Overnight in hotel.

Day 15: Hanoi - Departure

Free at your leisure until time to depart for your flight. Safe travel. End of service
